LEGAL SERVICES MUST BE PROVIDED. The legal services that the lawyer must provide to the client are as follows:
RESPONSIBILITY FOR LAWYERS AND CLIENTS. The attorney will perform the legal services required under this agreement, keep the client informed of progress and developments, and respond promptly to the client’s inquiries and communications. The client will be truthful and will cooperate with the attorney; to reasonably inform the lawyer about the happenings and about the client’s address, telephone number and location; and timely make all payments required under this Agreement.

When two or more employees of the defense attorney participate in working with the case, e.g. in the case of mutual conferences, the time of each of them is charged according to his hourly rate.

COSTS. The parties shall pay all “costs” associated with the parties’ legal representation under this Agreement. Costs will be settled by the solicitor and then billed to the clients, unless the costs can be covered by client deposits applicable to costs. Costs include, but are not limited to, court fees, deposition costs, expert fees and expenses, examination costs, long distance telephone fees, courier fees, photocopying costs and process server fees.
