Getting the settings and using them right can be a bit of trial and error at first, so be sure to do a few tests before sending the whole thing. I find that putting the envelopes in the printer feed upside down is best for correct use with the side to be printed facing you. However, your printer may be different from mine, so it’s important to do a few test prints until the settings are correct.
Open the PDF file you downloaded and prepare to print (Ctrl+P or File – Print). A dialog box should appear for selecting print settings. In the “Page Setup” section, make sure the paper size matches the size of the envelope you will be printing on. Always choose “no scaling” or 100%.

Before loading envelopes into the printer feeder, I highly recommend making a bone box, the edge of a ruler, or just your fingernail over all the edges to line up all the edges. It’s a bit annoying, I know, BUT it actually works great to prevent rotting as they go through the press, so it’s worth the effort.
