5. ORDER. Orders placed, oral or written, may not be canceled except on the condition that Cedar Graphics is indemnified for any loss incurred in reliance on the order.
6. PRICES/CHANGE. The price quoted is based on the specifications given in the quote. Any changes to these specifications that require additional manufacturing time or other additional costs will be charged in addition to the quoted price. Upon acceptance of the offer, Cedar Graphics expects to begin implementation within a reasonable time frame (ie fifteen (15) days). Material prices are listed now. 8. SALES AND OTHER TAXES. Customer shall also pay any sales, use or other taxes now or hereafter imposed by any federal, state or local taxing authority on or in connection with the sale, other than net income tax or personal property tax. In the event that such taxes are not included in Cedar Graphics’ invoice, but are later determined or alleged to be due by a tax authority, Cedar Graphics may pay such taxes and Customer will reimburse Cedar Graphics for the amount.
9. POST. For jobs that require shipping via the US Postal Service, Cedar Graphics will estimate the cost of postage before shipping. Delivery must be paid by the customer and received by Cedar Graphics at least 48 hours before the order is scheduled. A delay in payment of postage by the customer may cause a delay in the shipment of the order. The customer assumes responsibility for shipping delays resulting from insufficient payment or late postage.
10. GOODS RECEIVED FROM THE CUSTOMER. Materials provided by the customer and delivered by the customer or its suppliers are confirmed by the delivery note only in respect of the cartons, packages or items shown. Cedar Graphics cannot verify the accuracy of the quantities listed on these sheets, nor can Cedar Graphics assume responsibility for shortages based on supplier receipts. Title to completed work shall pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier at the point of shipment or upon invoice for completed work, whichever occurs first.
